Ganderbal: Nearly six Police men including ASI injured after Soldiers beat them at Check Post in Gund area of this central kashmir Ganderbal. Reports said.
As per the reports the soldiers in civvies were returning from paying Amarnath naka party stopped them at a Naka check-post at Sonamarg after altercation they left the tourist resort mean while Sonamarg police post informed Gund police post were from naka party headed by ASI asked them to stop but soldiers went ahead resulting into the clashes.
During this incident the locals assembled their and rescued the police party. Police party from Gund police station reached on spot headed by SHO Gund intervene into the matter and take them to police station said sources.
As per the reports after few minutes two companies of Indian army entered into police station and started beating police men and ransacked station in which dozens of police men were injured, sources added.
