Srinagar, 19 Jun 2017. In an endeavour to express solidarity and support to the AWAAM, Army camps at Trehgam, Bunar (Panzgom), and Gultibagh (Kangan) invited the locals to break their Ramadan fast with an Iftar dinner on 18 and 19 Jun 2017. More than 370 locals from all walks of life joined the Iftaar dinner at these locations. The dinner was also graced by civilian dignitaries and prominent citizens. The event highlighted the core values of unity in diversity, sense of brotherhood and secularism and sent a positive message amongst the AWAAM for taking a step in the right direction towards establishing peace and harmony in the region.
