Anantnag: Jammu and Kashmir government has ordered suspension of 30 officials of various departments for remaining unauthorized absent from duty in this south Kashmir district on Friday, an official spokesman said.
He said Assistant Deputy Development Commissioner (ADDC) Anantnag Reyaz Ahmad Sofi, Sub District Magistrate (SDM) Bijbehara and Tehsildar Larnoo today made a surprise visit to Government Degree College (GDC) Larnoo, GDC Kokernag, Block Development Offiers (BDO) Office Kokernag and Primary Health Centre (PHC( Sagam.
He said during the visit, 30 officials were found unauthorizedly absent from their duties and were placed under suspension with immediate effect.
