Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Wednesday said the National Conference will leave for New Delhi on July 19 even if permission is not granted for its proposed protest at Jantar Mantar.

Reaffirming the party’s demand for the restoration of Jammu and Kashmir’s “snatched rights,” Omar said there would be no change in the programme and that the party would continue with its planned political activities while keeping alternative plans ready if required.
