A man was killed after a tractor overturned in the Batapora area of Wathora in Chadoora tehsil of Budgam district on Saturday.
The deceased, identified as Ishfaq Ahmad, son of Mohammad Rafiq and a resident of Hanjigund, Chadoora, sustained critical injuries in the accident and was shifted to Sub-District Hospital Chadoora, where doctors declared him brought dead.
Police have taken cognisance of the incident and initiated further proceedings.
